All repair and cleaning services are performed by experienced professionals using quality materials and proven techniques. We inspect all completed work before returning furniture to ensure it meets our high standards. Each service includes a quality guarantee covering workmanship and materials used during the service period.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide detailed information about the issue with the service performed. Photographic evidence may be required to process refund requests. Services must have been performed according to the agreed-upon scope of work.
Certain services and situations are not eligible for refunds. These include: services where the customer provided incorrect information about the furniture condition; damage that existed prior to our service but was not disclosed during the initial assessment; issues resulting from customer misuse or neglect after service completion; services performed more than 30 days prior to the refund request; consultation fees and assessment charges; custom orders or special material purchases made specifically for your project.

Describe the issue in detail and include photos if applicable. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Before issuing a refund, we prefer to correct any issues with our service. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our work, we will schedule a follow-up visit to address your concerns at no additional charge. Most issues can be resolved through service correction rather than refund. We encourage customers to contact us immediately if they notice any problems.
Repair services include a 90-day workmanship warranty. This warranty covers defects in our repair work and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period. We will repair or re-perform warranted work at no charge.
Services can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. Rescheduling is available at no charge with at least 24 hours notice.
Some services require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are typically 25-50% of the total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled service. Deposits will be applied to your final invoice upon service completion. Remaining balances are due upon completion of service.
We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a concern about our service, please contact us directly first. We will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution. If we cannot resolve the issue directly, we may suggest mediation or arbitration. All disputes will be handled in accordance with California state law.
